How do I open my Forexology account ?

It's quite easy and convenient. Follow this link, fill in the registration form and then press "Register".


Which electronic currencies do you accept ?

We only accept Perfect Money e-currency at the moment.


I don't have a Perfect Money account. What should I do ?

You can open a free Perfect Money account here : https://perfectmoney.is


How can I withdraw funds ?

Login to your account using your username and password and check the "Withdraw" section.


How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account ?

Your account should update almost instantly after you validate the deposit. If it's not the case, please contact us through the "Support" form.


Can I get my deposit back at any time ?

Yes but we charge a deposit release fee of 8% from your investment amount.


How can I change my e-mail address or password?

Log into your Forexology account and click on the "Edit Account" section. You can change your e-mail address and password there.


What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password ?

Click "Password recovery" link, type your username or e-mail and you'll receive your account information.


How do you calculate the interest on my account ?

Interest on your Forexology account is acquired daily (but only from monday to friday) and credited to your available balance.


Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance ?

Yes. To make a deposit from your Forexology account balance, click on "Make Deposit" section and select "Spend funds from the Account Balance".


Can I make an additional deposit to Forexology account once it has been opened ?

No, you can have only one working deposit. If you want to deposit more, you first have to close your previous deposit.


After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my electronic currency account?

We have to get back the money from our forex exchange broker before we can send it to you. It can take up to 3 business days to do so. Please, be patient !


Who is your foreign exchange broker ?

We work with Trader's Way.


How can I change my password ?

You can change your password directly from the "Edit Account" in your personal area.


Can I lose my money ?

Foreign currency trading is very risky even for experimented traders like us. Some things are out of our control like political or economic news.


How can I check my account balances ?

You can access the account information 24 hours, 7 days a week.


May I open several accounts in your program?

No. If we find that one member has more than one account, all the compromised accounts funds will be frozen.


Who manages the funds ?

These funds are managed by a team of foreign exchange experts.
